Using the data below, describe all intervention strategies employed by the school to improve the academic performance of students identified by the early warning system.

All students in kindergarten through fifth grade undergo Progress Monitoring assessments. Kindergarten and first-grade students will take the STAR Early Literacy and Math assessments, while second-grade students will take the STAR Reading and Math assessments. Students in grades three through five will participate in FAST assessments for Reading and Math. Additionally, students will take Unit assessments with the Benchmark Advance Curriculum and Topic assessments with the Envision Math curriculum.

All students in grades K-5 receive core instruction in literacy, math, and science. Teachers use the district pacing guide for Envision Math and Benchmark Advance Reading to plan grade-level instruction for all students. During the 90-minute reading block, all students participate in small group guided reading and receive individualized instruction based on their needs. There is also a 30-minute "walk to read" block for additional intensive reading instruction. Teachers in grades K-5 utilize Envision Math to plan grade-level instruction for math. The 90-minute math block includes remediation and enrichment. For science, teachers in grades 3-5 use Stem Scopes to address Science Standards. Interventions are assigned and implemented with students based on their needs as identified through Diagnostic Assessments and CPST meetings.

Supplemental reading programs include Heggerty, Reading Horizons, SIPPs, Wordly Wise, and Benchmark Intervention, which address foundational reading skills and reading comprehension. Supplemental math programs include Success Maker, Mountain Math, Accaletics, and iReady Fluency Flight, which address math fluency and grade-level standards. Additionally, the Science Boot Camp program addresses science standards and concepts for students in grades 3-5. Students in the Dual Language program use I-Station to supplement their instruction in the Spanish classrooms
