Using the data below, describe all intervention strategies employed by the school to improve the academic performance of students identified by the early warning system. We will employ the Response to Intervention (RtI) process to address the academic performance of students identified by our early warning system. Utilizing the Focus tool, teachers will delineate the strategies employed in the classroom prior to a RtI referral. These strategies encompass direct parent communication and one-on-one remediation. Collaborative efforts with coaches, department heads, ESE specialists, and support staff will facilitate push-in and pull-out interventions. Teachers will tailor instruction to accommodate individual learning styles and employ various assessments, such as FAST, district-assigned PM, GMA, and other formative assessments, to monitor academic progress. Students with attendance challenges will be subject to attendance contracts outlining both attendance and academic goals. The school social worker will oversee follow-up monitoring. |
