Using the data below, describe all intervention strategies employed by the school to improve the academic performance of students identified by the early warning system.

Based on the Early Warning Indicators report, two significant areas of concern have been identified: 30% of our school population is absent 10% or more throughout the school year, and 30% are classified as Level 1 in ELA. To address these issues, we will implement the following intervention strategies:

1. **Identification of Students**: We will utilize baseline data from PM1 FAST and iReady Diagnostic 1 to identify students who need extended learning opportunities. These students will work with an Academic Resource Provider or Support Facilitator.

2. **Intervention Programs**: To bridge the achievement gap and enhance proficiency, we will implement several intervention programs, including UFLI, Reading Horizons, Visualization and Verbalization, Heggerty, Envision, Number Sense curriculum, and Touchpoints.

3. **Monitoring Progress**: Regular data chats will be conducted with teachers and support providers to closely monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

4. **Positive Reinforcement**: We will establish a positive reinforcement program to celebrate and encourage students who show improvement.

5. **Family Support**: We will provide resources and support for families to help improve attendance.

Through these targeted strategies, we aim to improve attendance and academic performance for all students.
