To enhance the academic performance of students at Lauderhill 6-12 STEM-MED Magnet School, the instructional staff will implement the following reading strategies:

1. Employ progressive Tier interventions within the RTI process, including comprehensive whole-group intensive implementations for Tier 1 students and instructional pull outs for Tiers 2 & 3 students.
2.  Schedule weekly professional development sessions with District Instructional Facilitators, insructional coaches and teacher leaders to respond to data for continuous instructional improvement.
3. Use the BEST Blueprint: Leverage the BEST Blueprint to:
   - Strengthen relationships with all stakeholders.
   - Compare and adopt best practices from schools within our SES band.
   - Ensure all students are engaged in a robust RTI/MTSS process.
   - Involve instructional staff in genuine professional learning communities (PLCs) focused on Rigor, Academic Discourse and Collaborative Small Groups..

Early Warning Indicators

Using the data below, describe all intervention strategies employed by the school to improve the academic performance of students identified by the early warning system.

To enhance the academic performance of students at Lauderhill 6-12 STEM-MED Magnet School, the instructional staff will implement the following reading strategies:

1. Employ progressive Tier interventions within the RTI process, including comprehensive whole-group intensive implementations for Tier 1 students and instructional pull outs for Tiers 2 & 3 students.
2.  Schedule weekly professional development sessions with District Instructional Facilitators, insructional coaches and teacher leaders to respond to data for continuous instructional improvement.
3. Use the BEST Blueprint: Leverage the BEST Blueprint to:
   - Strengthen relationships with all stakeholders.
   - Compare and adopt best practices from schools within our SES band.
   - Ensure all students are engaged in a robust RTI/MTSS process.
   - Involve instructional staff in genuine professional learning communities (PLCs) focused on Rigor, Academic Discourse and Collaborative Small Groups..
4. Conduct quarterly data discussions with administrators to evaluate student progress and inform instructional decisions.
5. Utilize District-provided ELA Pathways that offer lessons to support Curriculum, Assessment, Remediation, and Enrichment (CARE) strategies.
6. Facilitate bi-weekly RtI meetings to discuss at-risk students and implement appropriate interventions.
7. Hold weekly collaborative joint planning sessions to enable instructional staff to coordinate and enhance lesson plans.

Early Warning Indicators

Using the data below, describe all intervention strategies employed by the school to improve the academic performance of students identified by the early warning system.

To enhance the academic performance of students at Lauderhill 6-12 STEM-MED Magnet School, the instructional staff will implement the following reading strategies:

1. Employ progressive Tier interventions within the RTI process, including comprehensive whole-group intensive implementations for Tier 1 students and instructional pull outs for Tiers 2 & 3 students.
2.  Schedule weekly professional development sessions with District Instructional Facilitators, insructional coaches and teacher leaders to respond to data for continuous instructional improvement.
3. Use the BEST Blueprint: Leverage the BEST Blueprint to:
   - Strengthen relationships with all stakeholders.
   - Compare and adopt best practices from schools within our SES band.
   - Ensure all students are engaged in a robust RTI/MTSS process.
   - Involve instructional staff in genuine professional learning communities (PLCs) focused on Rigor, Academic Discourse and Collaborative Small Groups..
4. Conduct quarterly data discussions with administrators to evaluate student progress and inform instructional decisions.
5. Utilize District-provided ELA Pathways that offer lessons to support Curriculum, Assessment, Remediation, and Enrichment (CARE) strategies.
6. Facilitate bi-weekly RtI meetings to discuss at-risk students and implement appropriate interventions.
7. Hold weekly collaborative joint planning sessions to enable instructional staff to coordinate and enhance lesson plans.
8.  Participate in monthly deliberate planning sessions facilitated by District Instructional support for Math teachers to  implement high yield and engagement strategies to improve student outcomes.
