Using the data below, describe all intervention strategies employed by the school to improve the academic performance of students identified by the early warning system. Classroom visits is one of the most impactful ways to monitor the desired outcome. Administrators and instructional coaches will conduct classroom visits daily to monitor instructional practices and student achievement. The coaching cycle is another tool that will be used by instructional coaches to provide support to all teachers as it relates to lesson planning, instruction, and progress monitoring. |
