To address this, the school implements targeted attendance initiatives, including frequent communication with families, attendance contracts, and social worker support for families facing barriers such as transportation or health-related issues. Students are recognized through incentives such as certificates, class rewards, and recognition events for improved or perfect attendance. Early notification systems ensure that parents are alerted when students reach threshold levels of absences so corrective action can be taken swiftly.

Behavioral Interventions:
To reduce suspensions and promote a positive school culture, the school employs Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), restorative practices, and mentorship programs. Schoolwide Structures:
All interventions are embedded within the school’s MTSS framework, with daily intervention blocks scheduled across all grade levels.
