Using the data below, describe all intervention strategies employed by the school to improve the academic performance of students identified by the early warning system. North Lauderdale Elementary employs a comprehensive, multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) to address the academic, behavioral, and attendance needs of students identified through the Early Warning System (EWS). Interventions are designed to be proactive, data-driven, and responsive to the unique needs of each student, with the goal of improving achievement, reducing barriers to success, and increasing promotion and retention outcomes. Attendance Interventions: Behavioral Interventions: Academic Interventions in ELA and Math: Retention and Promotion Support: Schoolwide Structures: Through these coordinated strategies, North Lauderdale Elementary ensures that students flagged by the Early Warning System receive the targeted, evidence-based support necessary to improve academic performance, develop positive behaviors, and maintain consistent attendance. The alignment of interventions with MTSS, coupled with strong family and community partnerships, creates the conditions for all students to succeed and for the school to achieve its long-term goal of academic excellence. |
