Using the data below, describe all intervention strategies employed by the school to improve the academic performance of students identified by the early warning system. Our Administration and Support staff meet weekly with teachers during their Professional Learning meetings to help and assist with planning. We have monthly collaboration meetings where we are planning as teams and or teachers are receiving training on areas of academic needs. In addition, administration and support meet with teachers to review data and discuss kid by kid if they are meeting academic thresholds. When a student is identified as struggling, they are provided/suggested Tier 2 academic interventions to implement within the classroom If the student continues to struggle academically or behaviorally they are referred to Response to Intervention team. |
