Using the data below, describe all intervention strategies employed by the school to improve the academic performance of students identified by the early warning system.

Cresthaven teachers and support staff will monitor performance of students in K-2 on the FAST STAR Early Literacy or Reading and students in grades 3-5 scored below a Level 3 on the 2024 FAST Assessment to determine level of support needed.  If scores are below expectations, teachers will use the K-12 CERP Elementary Decision Tree 2025-2026 to determine the area of need in which Tier 1 interventions will be used to bridge the gap. The Tier 1 interventions program that teachers will use will be Benchmark Advance Interventions (Phonological Awareness, Phonics, Fluency, or Comprehension Quick Checks).  If students are still struggling after the 6-week period, then students will be referred to CPST/TEAM for further support through Tier 2 or Tier 3 intervention. Tier 2 and 3 interventions will include state Adopted Florida Benchmark Series Intervention program (Phonological Awareness, Phonics, Fluency, Vocabulary or Comprehension) SIPPS(Kg-5th), Reading Horizons Discovery (Kg-3rd), Reading Horizons Elevate (4-5), Quick Reads (2nd-5th) or Wordly Wise 3000 (2nd-5th) for primary students.
