Using the data below, describe all intervention strategies employed by the school to improve the academic performance of students identified by the early warning system.

Hollywood Hills Elementary utilizes a variety of assessment data to identify students in need of intervention strategies. Students complete progress monitoring for reading and math three times per year during the FAST (Florida Assessment of Student Thinking) tests, STAR tests, and I-Ready Diagnostic Tests.  In addition, teachers are utilizing District Provided Screeners and Benchmark Advance assessments to determine student's reading levels. Furthermore, math levels are assessed using the EnVision Florida Math readiness test, Topic tests, and I-Ready Growth Monitoring Tests. Kindergarten students are assessed on letter names, letter sounds, and concepts of print.  
Students performing below grade level are placed on a progress monitoring plan. If students are still performing below grade level, they are referred to the RtI process and research-based interventions are put in place based on students' needs.  Reading intervention programs include SIPPS, UFLI, Heggerty, and Benchmark Advance Intervensions. Math intervention programs include I-Ready, EnVision Re-teach and MDIS System.  Student's progress is monitored to track growth and revise interventions when necessary.
