Using the data below, describe all intervention strategies employed by the school to improve the academic performance of students identified by the early warning system.

• High Quality Tier One Instruction - Each program has a specific curriculum with screeners and progress monitoring tools (Early Head Start, Head Start, VPK, PreK ESE Specialized, PreK ESE Intensive). Highly qualified teachers are hired, mentored, and supported to provide developmentally appropriate instruction based upon the Florida Early Learning and Developmental Standards (Birth to Kindergarten). Teachers are evaluated regulary by the school administrative team.
• High Quality Classroom Support - Each classroom has a minimum of one teacher and one assistant who work collaboratively to provide a positive, warm and supportive early childhood learning environment where children learn and thrive. Assistants are evaluated regularly by the school administrative team. 
• Florida Early Learning Corps Tutors - Each typical or specialized 3-5 classroom teacher may have the support of a Florida Early Learning Corps tutor as an additional classroom team member. These team members do not count in classroom ratio, work collaboratively to utilize every instructional moment as a learning opporunity for the entire class while also working with a small group of students on targeted interventions. School adminstration provides support for FLELC tutors and monitors their classroom participation and instruction regularly.
