Using the data below, describe all intervention strategies employed by the school to improve the academic performance of students identified by the early warning system.

To ensure a successful academic school year students were screened with various research-based assessments. Students in grades K-5, will be provided with a plan that will help them builld confidence in deficit areas of learning.

In Kindergarten, students were assessed with letter names, sounds, and concepts of print. Students will be assessed quarterly to support instruction in areas needed to establish a solid foundation with the letters of the alphabet. In grades K-2, students were assessed utilizing Broward Screeners (Phonological Awareness), Heggerty, and S.I.P.P.S to determine areas of weaknesses. These assessments will determine the area of support needed and will be monitored to determine growth and other needed action steps. In grades 3-5, students with levels 1's and 2's were assessed utilizing Broward Screeners (Phonological Awareness), and SI.P.P.S to determine areas of weakness that need remediation. These students will need receive support to help them build confidence in determined areas of deficit. Selected staff will be conducting push-ins to close achievement gaps. This support will be proivded daily and monitored frequently.
