Using the data below, describe all intervention strategies employed by the school to improve the academic performance of students identified by the early warning system.

When assessing all EWS, Bright Horizons will conitinue to use all the procedures and plans put in place to address areas of concern. As shown by the EWS data, attendance is an area of concern. Bright Horizons has established an attendance plan that continues to address the specific needs and attendance concerns of our school's population. By committing to creating a school wide initiative that focuses on removing barriers for our students and families to attend school on a regular basis we hope to make gains in out attendance data.  We will continue to provide personalized outreach on a weekly basis to have a consistent and open line of communication with parents to have a proactive approach to chronic absenteeism.
All students at Bright Horizons are students with disabilities. To target missing academic skills, teachers are involved in targeted PLCs to address specific teaching strategies that are best suited for our students.  We also have progress monitoring to frequently check for understanding.
