Using the data below, describe all intervention strategies employed by the school to improve the academic performance of students identified by the early warning system.

The school employs a comprehensive set of intervention strategies to improve the academic performance of students identified through the Early Warning System (EWS). School-wide attendance incentives are used to encourage regular attendance and reduce chronic absenteeism. Students performing at a level 1 on statemwide assessments recceive targeted small group assessments designed to address specific skill deficits and provide additional academic support. Monthly progress monitoring is conducted to evaluate student growth, determine the effectiveness of interventions, and make instructional adjustments as needed.

The school also conducts parent out reach to  communicate concerns, share student progress, and encourage families to support attendance, academic achievement, and intervention goals. In addition, positive school-wide behavior incentives are implemented to reinforce appropriate behavior, increase student engagement, and reduce disciplinary concerns that may interfere with learning. Together, these strategies address the key EWS indicators of attendance, academic achievement, and behavior while providing ongoing support to students who are at increased risk of falling behind.
